Resolution Time Frame: We strive to provide the resolution under 7 days of raising the request at care@arishcreation.com

Time Frame to initiate an request for exchange :-

  • Ready-to-wear Products:

Customers may raise exchange requests for ready-to-wear products within 48 hours from the time of receiving the parcel, The 48-hour window is in place to promptly address any concerns related to ready-to-wear items

  • Semi-Stitched/Un-Stitched Products:

For semi-stitched or un-stitched products, customers are allowed a grace period of up to 72 hours from the time of receiving the parcel to raise exchange requests, This extended timeframe acknowledges the additional consideration required for these products, allowing customers sufficient time to assess their purchase.

Colour Variation Disclaimer:

  • Please be advised that there might be a slight colour variation (approximately 5-10%) between the product received and what is displayed on your electronic devices. This discrepancy is attributed to the inherent differences in colour calibrations across various devices. While we strive to ensure accurate product representation through our OPEN PICTURES attachments along with their model Photoshoots on the respective product page (Please do refer them), Note that we do not provide exchanges for such requests. We appreciate your understanding in recognizing these minor variations

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories. It should be unworn, unused, and free from any damage or alteration.

Cost of Shipping: To facilitate the smooth processing of exchange requests and ensure your satisfaction, a nominal shipping fee of ₹150 has to be priorly paid by the customer for each shipment in the transit.

Proof Requirement: In order to facilitate the exchange process, we require clear proof of the issue with your purchase. This includes opening videos and images, which help us better understand and address your concerns. Our customer support team will guide you on how to submit this proof.

Exceptions:

  • Discontinued Products: If the product has been discontinued, exchange or store credits may not be available, as availability is subject to the continued production of the item.

  • Violation of Policies: In cases where a customer engages in misbehaviour, including the use of abusive language towards our employees, or violates our policies, we reserve the right to withhold exchange services. We prioritize maintaining a respectful and supportive environment for all our customers and employees alike.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for exchanges. Exchanges will be processed as store credit or a replacement item of equal or lesser/Higher value.
